Brief Minnesota Wild Jersey History

The Minnesota Wild jersey comes in three selections. Their home jersey is a bright red colour with the sleeves top half green, and the bottom half red with a thin white stripe separating the two colours. The emblem on the home shirt is a green circle with a white smaller circle within. Inside the white inner circle is an image of ‘the wild’, represented by green trees with a yellow setting sun behind. Contained within the green outer circle is the team name, Minnesota Wild.

The Minnesota Wild away jersey is all white with green horizontal trim along the sleeves. A green stripe and another red stripe adorn the bottom of the jersey. The circle emblem is replaced with a larger version of the ‘the wild’. Minnesota’s third jersey is racing green in colour. It has a thick white stripe on the bottom of the jersey and the sleeves with a thinner white stripe above the thick white stripe. The emblem is replaced altogether with the word Minnesota which is written in a handwriting script font, white in colour, and accompanied by a white slash below.

The Minnesota wild jersey for practice is the same racing green with a simple white trim on the sides and the emblem of the wild on the front.
